Job summary

Stella International Holdings Limited seeks an Industrial Engineer – Lean Manufacturing to implement Lean programs across the production floor and drive continuous improvement.

You will promote 6S, Visual Management, Continuous Flow, Line Balancing, Pull System, FIFO, and QC practices to optimize line performance and reduce waste. Proficiency in CAD tools adds value.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience in Lean Culture or Continuous Improvement training is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and CorelDRAW is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing programs including 6S and Lean tools on the shop floor.
• Promote Lean Culture training and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve flows and reduce waste.
