Job summary

Jobtailor in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Lean/CI manager with 5+ years in manufacturing to lead continuous improvement. You will drive waste reduction, mentor staff, and champion Kaizen and PDCA across operations.

The role requires a Bachelor in Industrial/Mechanical Eng, strong English, budget oversight, and hands-on experience with VSM, FMEA, and lean training. You will shape standards and collaborate across teams to achieve cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean projects.
• At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing with Kaizen, lean, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
• Proficient in English, spoken and written.
