Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia seeks an Industrial Engineer to lead design and manufacturing process improvements to raise product quality and efficiency. You will drive root-cause analysis on complaints, coordinate corrective actions with QA, MFG and ME teams, and support process inspection, POKA YOKE, and fixture design.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of industrial engineering experience, familiarity with Kaizen and lean tools (VSM, TPM, SMED),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of industrial engineering experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing engineering processes and improvements.
• Familiar with Kaizen and lean project implementation, VSM, TPM, One piece flow/flow lean tools, SMED, cellular manufacturing, and controlled inventory buffers.
• Skilled in new factory layout design, clean room design and providing technical support for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the improvement activities for product structure design & manufacturing process to improve product quality, and improve efficiency
• Ensure the root cause analysis on customer complaints. Work with team to develop and implement corrective, action plan and implementation in collaboration with QA, MFG & ME Team
• Driving the Process inspection, POKA YOKE (Mistake Proofing) improvement, process and fixture design and optimize
• Ensure the DFM review of new products are carry out according to company policy
• Analysis and countermeasure of abnormal quality of production line and ensure all verification report and conclusion are available
