Job summary

Electrum in Tangerang, Indonesia is seeking a proactive professional to join our manufacturing operations team. The role focuses on coordinating production activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring output meets quality, delivery and safety standards.

You will support daily planning, track progress, prepare reports in Excel/Google Sheets and collaborate across teams to ensure resources are available. Fresh graduates and those with internships are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Fresh graduates with internships or practical exposure are welcome.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning/control, warehouse operations or quality assurance.
  • Class II Welder Certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience in automotive, two-wheeled vehicle, EV or spare-parts manufacturing preferred.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, inventory control and quality-control principles.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry, reporting and basic analysis.
  • Able to interpret production data, identify deviations and communicate findings clearly.
  • Familiar with 5S, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement or basic problem‑solving tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and documentation discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily production planning, scheduling and follow-up to achieve output, quality and delivery targets.
  • Track production progress, manpower, material availability and machine readiness; elevate constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production, inventory, quality and operational reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure materials, information and resources are available.
  • Assist in monitoring material usage, WIP, finished goods and inventory movements; support reconciliation.
  • Support quality-control activities including inspection docs, non-conformance reporting and root-cause analysis.
  • Help implement standard operating procedures, work instructions and workplace organization per safety and quality standards.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce waste and downtime.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external parties on delivery, quality and documentation as needed.

Job description

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce waste, rework, downtime, and cost.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties when assigned, including follow‑up on delivery, quality, and supporting documentation.
What will you need:
