Qualifikationen

• More than 2 years of TikTok brand operation experience.
• More than 1 year of brand team management experience.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is preferred for international communication.
• Results-oriented with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Develop the operation strategy for TikTok Indonesia and oversee live-stream management of service providers, hosts, and influencers.
• Manage and conduct live-streaming; plan content, scenes, themes and host language skills; engage fans to boost stickiness.
• Build and train service providers and live-stream teams; incubate new hosts.
• Be in charge of live-stream sales planning for the brand portfolio across each sales cycle category.
• Arrange product testing, arrangement, and grouping in the live room according to data.
