Formación

• Proven experience as a TikTok Host Live or Host Live Coordinator.
• Understanding OBS software is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate and execute livestreaming strategies.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer operation skills and knowledge of livestreaming analytics.
• Initiative, responsibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate/host TikTok Live sessions per the brand calendar.
• Plan, promote, and execute Live events to boost visibility and sales.
• Develop strategies to meet live sale targets and improve traffic, retention, and conversion.
• Work with Host Live team to optimize selling techniques, product presentation, and promotions.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with TikTok guidelines.
• Train new Host Live members on product knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, Content, and Affiliate teams to maximize traffic and sales.
