You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with steel and non-steel customers, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in refractories or steel.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Experience supporting both commercial and technical discussions with industrial customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Indonesia and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Flow Control (FC) and Advanced Refractories (AR) products across Indonesia.
• Manage full sales cycle from customer engagement to order closing and post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with steel and non-steel customers and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to meet operational and performance requirements.
