Job summary

PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive to lead business development and client growth in Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue across banking, lending, payments, and financial services sectors.

You will collaborate with local system integrators and resellers to demo products, run POCs, and close deals while ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred.
• Proven client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; able to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and deliver against sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Indonesia.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to address them.
• Coordinate product demos, POCs, and deal closures with SIs and resellers.
• Manage onboarding and ensure smooth implementation and positive client experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and retention.
• Conduct business reviews and provide insights based on performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide clients.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed sales targets in Indonesia.
