Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR/Management/Law/IR).
• Postgraduate qualification preferred (MBA/HR/Law).
• Professional HR/IR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead country HR agenda aligning business priorities with people strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on organization, workforce and employee matters.
• Design organization and workforce for future needs and capability development.
• Lead industrial and employee relations including union engagement and negotiations.
• Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and labour costs with compliance.
• Foster high-performance culture through performance management and rewards.
• Build talent and leadership pipelines including TA, onboarding, and development.
• Strengthen engagement and culture through feedback, recognition, and communication.
• Ensure HR governance and compliance with laws, agreements, and standards.
• Oversee HR operations, General Affairs, and Security to ensure service delivery.
• Enable data-driven decisions via HR analytics and workforce reporting.
• Lead Country HR team and coordinate regional/global HR initiatives.
