Job summary

HENAN PROSPER & COLOMER MODA CO., LTD in Indonesia seeks a skilled HR professional to lead recruitment, policy development and compliance within a manufacturing setting. You will manage local HR operations, payroll support, and liaison with government bodies to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities include building Indonesian recruitment channels, establishing factory HR policies, and handling permits and official presentations related to bonded factory licensing and industrial relations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Indonesian labor law and mass recruitment of workers.
• Experience in building local compensation & benefits systems and payroll support.
• Experience with industrial relations and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Delivery: build and maintain local Indonesian recruitment channels and oversee mass recruitment for production line workers.
• HR Policies: establish factory HR policies in compliance with Indonesian labor law and conduct salary surveys.
• Administration: manage site administration, dormitories, canteen, security, transportation and park liaison.
• Permit Application & Presentation: assist with permit applications and official presentations for Bonded Factory/licensing.
• Government Liaison: maintain relations with Customs and Manpower Office and other authorities.
