Job summary

HENAN PROSPER & COLOMER MODA CO., LTD is seeking an HR-focused professional to lead local recruitment for Indonesia, develop factory HR policies in compliance with labor law, and manage payroll and benefits. The role includes administration of dormitories, canteens, security, and transport, plus liaison with government bodies for permits and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years HR experience in manufacturing, fluent Chinese, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HRM, Business Administration, Law, Translation or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of HR work experience in Indonesia; manufacturing background preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian labor law and mass recruitment processes.
• Experience with Bonded Factory or customs licenses is a plus.

• Recruitment development: Build and maintain local Indonesian recruitment channels and oversee mass recruitment for production line workers.
• HR policies: Establish factory HR policies in line with Indonesian labor law and conduct salary surveys and compensation & benefits design.
• Administration: Manage site admin and logistics, including dormitories, canteens, security, transportation, and park liaison.
• Permit and presentation support: Assist with permit applications and official presentations, especially Bonded Factory applications and compliance.
• Government liaison: Maintain relations with local government authorities including Customs and Manpower Office.

Job description

1.Recruitment Delivery: Build and maintain local Indonesian recruitment channels, oversee mass recruitment for production line workers, university-enterprise cooperation, and deliver full-cycle recruitment processes.

2.HR Policies: Establish factory HR policies in compliance with Indonesian labor law, conduct salary surveys, build local compensation & benefit system, manage payroll, social insurance, income tax and industrial relations to ensure employment compliance.

3.Administration: Manage site administrative and logistics work, oversee dormitories, canteens, security, transportation, and park liaison.

4.Permit Application & Presentation: Assist the Indonesia project team in permit application and official presentation, with focus on Bonded Factory (Kawasan Berikat) application, presentation before Indonesia Directorate General of Customs, and subsequent compliance management.

5.Government Liaison: Maintain relations with local Indonesian government authorities including Customs and Manpower Office.

Job Requirements

1.Indonesian local candidate or Indonesian-Chinese descent, fluent Chinese is mandatory, bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Translation or related disciplines.

2.3–5 years of HR working experience in Indonesia; manufacturing / greenfield industrial park background is preferred.

3.Familiar with Indonesian labor law, capable of handling mass recruitment of workers and supporting training activities.

4.Prior experience in application and official presentation for Bonded Factory (Kawasan Berikat) or other customs supervised licenses in Indonesia is preferred (core bonus qualification).
