Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Business/Engineering or equivalent commercial experience.
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience in fire fighting systems, fire trucks, pumps or heavy vehicle sales; Indonesian market preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of fire pump sets, chassis integration, water/foam systems and valves.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets via tendering and relationship development.
• Experience with public sector procurement and private sector clients, including tender processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for fire fighting systems, fire trucks, pumps and related equipment to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, industrial, commercial sectors from lead to contract award.
• Manage relationships with consultants, specifiers, end users, OEMs, fleet owners and contractors to secure specifications and purchases.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and capability briefs; support site surveys and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions with engineering teams; ensure pricing and delivery times are clear.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and procurement to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Develop distribution channels and train partners; monitor performance.
• Lead marketing activities including product launches, trade shows, seminars and digital campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and propositions.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records; provide forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements including relevant standards.
