Job summary

Consult Group is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager – Fire Safety for Indonesia, based in Jakarta and reporting to the Regional Sales Director for Southeast Asia. The role requires hunting new distributors, establishing end-user relationships, and driving revenue growth across Indonesia.

You will develop channel partnerships, coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records while representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of sales and business development experience in fire protection products, with substantial Indonesia exposure.
• Proven track record of opening accounts, developing distributors, and closing fire protection deals.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia's fire protection market, channels and procurement.
• Strong network with distributors and end users, access to decision makers.
• Technical credibility to discuss products and standards with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce; disciplined pipeline management.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win new customers for fire protection solutions across Indonesia.
• Own Indonesia sales targets with a territory plan, qualified opportunity pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Develop Indonesian distributor and engineered systems partner relationships to expand coverage.
• Engage end users, consultants, contractors to secure specifications and orders.
• Coordinate with technical teams for demonstrations and product training.
