Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Around 8 years of experience in digital commerce.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, business planning, forecasting, performance reviews, stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce growth levers including performance marketing, affiliate management, livestreaming, content, traffic acquisition and platform operations.
• Structured, analytical and critical thinker with ability to diagnose business issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own Indonesia digital commerce P&L and commercial performance, delivering sustainable sales, profitability and market share growth.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts and commercial strategies for Indonesia in partnership with the business partner and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Provide strategic leadership and commercial direction for Indonesia digital commerce and drive performance accountability.
• Lead market reviews and governance, challenging plans and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve profitability.
• Influence annual planning, forecasting, pricing, assortment, media investment and capability development for Indonesia.
• Build scalable ways of working and best practice playbooks with the Indonesia business partner to improve execution.
