Job summary

Coface Indonesia seeks a proactive Business Development professional to build and grow our Debt Collection footprint from the ground up. You will hunt, prospect and close new clients while coordinating with Credit Insurance and other Coface solutions to cross-sell to existing clients.

You will develop a country go-to-market plan, manage the full sales cycle, and establish relationships with CFOs, finance leaders and key decision-makers. This hybrid role offers local impact with global backing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Debt Collection, credit management or related B2B solutions preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a new business activity with limited initial structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country go-to-market plan for Debt Collection in Indonesia.
• Act as a hunter to prospect, approach and close new clients.
• Build a qualified pipeline via direct prospecting, referrals, events and partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
