Job summary

Coface is seeking a hands-on, territorial Debt Collection specialist to establish and grow our Indonesia business. You will hunt new clients, develop a country go-to-market plan, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Debt Collection, credit management, Trade Credit Insurance or related B2B solutions is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to start a new business activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country go-to-market plan for Debt Collection in Indonesia.
• Act as a hunter: proactively identify, approach and convert new clients.
• Build a qualified pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals, networking and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities within Coface's existing client base.
• Translate client needs into debt collection solutions with internal teams.
