Job summary

Igloo is seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to drive business development, partnerships and sales operations across Indonesia. You will own the country P&L and lead a high-performing team, collaborating with senior leadership to scale Igloo’s products through strategic alliances and market expansion.

The role requires 8+ years in digital platforms or strategy consulting, strong negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset focused on action and results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting or managing a P&L portfolio at a high growth company.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading high performing teams in fast growing companies.
• Entrepreneurial approach with a data-driven mindset and strong ownership.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and negotiate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Igloo's commercial activities, business development, partnerships, account management, marketing and sales operations in Indonesia.
• Lead end-to-end key partnerships: identify opportunities, structure deals, negotiate and implement with autonomy.
• Engage with senior leaders internally and with strategic partners to drive initiatives and strategy.
• Own the country P&L and drive ongoing commercial optimization.
• Develop strategic plans to scale in the short, mid and long term and execute them.
• Identify challenges and opportunities to improve partner engagement and execute actionable plans.
• Lead a team of talented members and guide commercial strategy for key partners.
• Represent Igloo’s value proposition to press, tech forums and other platforms.
