Job summary

Igloo, Jakarta-based insurtech, seeks a seasoned Head of Brokerage to drive growth through Direct-to-Business and partner channels. Lead sales teams, optimize processes, and secure favorable insurer terms to meet revenue targets.

You will align cross-functional teams with regulatory compliance, manage partnerships, and mentor a multi-disciplinary brokerage workforce to sustain profitable expansion across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• 10+ years' experience in insurance distribution, agency or brokerage roles.
• Experience building, scaling and leading multi-functional brokerage teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations (OJK) and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brokerage business strategies for Direct-to-Business and Partner/Agent channels.
• Lead and monitor sales teams to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Secure optimal terms from insurers and manage key partner relationships.
• Oversee operations, reporting, and SOP compliance across the brokerage function.
• Provide mentorship and performance reviews to drive team output and growth.
