Job summary

Hiksemi Indonesia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our CCTV/security and IT channels across Indonesia. You will develop and manage distributors, resellers, and system integrators, promoting our brand while building strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in CCTV/security or IT preferred.
• Existing connections with distributors, resellers, SI or retail accounts in Indonesia is a strong advantage.
• Good English communication skills and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia as required.
• Results-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales channels (distributors, resellers, system integrators and dealers) in assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
• Promote company products and enhance brand presence in CCTV/security and IT channels across Indonesia.
• Build and maintain good relationships with channel partners, and provide product support and market insights to help them grow sales.
• Identify and follow up on new customers and business opportunities in focus regions.
• Visit partners regularly, follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs and promotional activities.
• Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline, competitor activity and market trends.
