Job summary

Arvion Services seeks a highly driven Country Manager to lead our BD function in the FX & CFDs space. Oversee a team of BD Managers, set targets, and expand our market presence across key regions while driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

The role requires 5+ years in business development within FX/CFD, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms, rebates, and partner programs. Fluent English and international collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in FX/CFD brokerage.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing BD teams.
• Strong knowledge of FX/CFD products, platforms, and partner programs.
• Fluent in English; multilingualism a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a BD team across assigned markets.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients.
• Mentor team members and develop capabilities.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on growth.
• Drive acquisition of high-value IBs, affiliates, and institutions.
• Grow relationships with IBs and clients to increase volumes and revenue share.
• Build market presence through prospecting and industry events.
• Define regional/global BD strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, dealing desk, and compliance.
• Develop partner programs and promotions for regional needs.
• Own team P&L; ensure targets and profitability.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline, and revenue reporting.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in acquisition activities.
• Lead due diligence for onboarding IBs and clients.
• Monitor competitors and market trends globally.
• Drive BD innovation and partner engagement.
