Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistical aspects of provincial events and activities, including budgets and participants.
• Maintain liaison with provincial government and partners and keep the INOVASI office informed.
• Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with procurement rules.
• Oversee office administration, travel bookings, and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings and support travel arrangements for staff and advisers.
