Job summary

Palladium, working on INOVASI 3 in East Java, is seeking an Operations Officer to support day-to-day program administration, office management, events, procurement, and information handling in East Java, with travel to other INOVASI areas as necessary.

The role reports to the Provincial Manager and collaborates with Jakarta-based operations. Indonesia-national, full-time placement with travel requirements and an emphasis on compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program assistance and operations, especially in support function of events, travel, procurements and program activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of provincial events and activities with budget prep and participant follow-up.
• Maintain contact with provincial government and partners to keep the office informed of events and developments.
• Coordinate with Finance, procurement and program teams to ensure timely, compliant planning and reporting.
