Job summary

Palladium's INOVASI 3 program in West Java seeks an Operations Officer based in Cirebon to support provincial activities, administration, procurement, and event logistics. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program assistance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Activity Support: Plan and coordinate provincial events and activities, including budget prep and invitations.
• Procurement: Support procurement of goods/services for activities with external parties, ensure documentation and VfM compliance.
• Administration and Office Management: Manage office operations, facilities, safety, travel arrangements, and records.
