The candidate should have a proven sales record in agriculture or related sectors, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
• Proven sales track record in agriculture/animal feed or related industries.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics to ensure order fulfillment.
• Attend industry events to promote products and networks.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and address inquiries promptly.
