Job summary

PT Astari Niagara Indonesia is seeking an Indirect Material Procurement Manager to join our team at the Cikupa factory in Tangerang. You will lead purchasing plans and sourcing for spare parts, factory and general supplies, CAPEX, machinery and services across plants, overseeing vendor evaluation, qualification, and negotiation, and managing the end-to-end purchase-to-delivery lifecycle.

• At least 3 years as Indirect Procurement Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in procurement of MRO, CAPEX, factory supplies, services.

Responsibilities:

Lead purchasing plans and sourcing activities for spare parts, factory and general supplies, CAPEX, machinery, and services across all plants—including vendor evaluation, qualification, and negotiation.

Oversee the complete purchase-to-delivery lifecycle, manage vendor/supplier audits and Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and ensure strict control over lead times, quality compliance, and issue resolution.

Manage subordinates in order execution while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key metrics such as cost savings, cost avoidance, and PO processing times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from any major

Minimum 10 years of work experience in similar role, with at least 3 years as Indirect Procurement Manager in manufacturing companies.

Strong experience in procurement of MRO, CAPEX, factory supplies, services.

Familiarity in ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc)

High integrity

Quick to adapt and fast learner

Have a good drive and hands-on

Willing to be placed in Tangerang
