Job summary

PT Astari Niagara Indonesia is seeking an Indirect Material Procurement Manager to join our team at the Cikupa factory in Tangerang. You will lead purchasing plans and sourcing for spare parts, factory and general supplies, CAPEX, machinery and services across plants, overseeing vendor evaluation, qualification, and negotiation, and managing the end-to-end purchase-to-delivery lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in procurement, including 3 years as an Indirect

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 10 years in a similar procurement role.
At least 3 years as Indirect Procurement Manager in manufacturing.
Strong experience in procurement of MRO, CAPEX, factory supplies, services.

Responsibilities

Lead purchasing plans and sourcing activities for spare parts, factory and general supplies, CAPEX, machinery, and services across all plants—including vendor evaluation, qualification, and negotiation.
Oversee the complete purchase-to-delivery lifecycle, manage vendor/audits and AVL, ensure control over lead times, quality compliance, and issue resolution.
Manage subordinates in order execution while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on cost savings, cost avoidance, and PO processing times.
