Job summary

PT Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a Customer Service EMKL Import professional to manage import shipments end-to-end within a ISO-certified logistics environment.

You will coordinate with shippers, suppliers, origin agents, and forwarders, verify documents for PIB/BC, and track customs clearance while ensuring compliance with SLA and customer requirements.

This role requires 2–3 years of import experience, English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• End-to-end import processes knowledge and data validation.
• Experience in PIB and BC response; customs operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Compose shipment plans based on ETD schedules.
• Coordinate with shippers, origin agents, and forwarders on ETD, stuffing, and cargo details.
• Verify shipment and customs documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain document traceability and version control per SOP.
• Monitor ETA/ATA and pre-alert documentation.
• Prepare PIB, obtain customer approval, submit PIB, and track customs clearance until SPPB.
• Arrange delivery and complete shipment closing.
• Prepare reports and provide shipment updates to customers.
