Job summary

PT. Lintas Niaga Jaya is seeking a Customer Service Freight Forwarding (ExIm) professional in South Jakarta. You will receive and process bookings, coordinate with shipping lines and agents, and prepare documents like BL/AWB and manifest to support export-import activities.

The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication with customers and partners. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of freight forwarding customer service experience, good English skills, and solid MS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and preparation of BL/AWB, as well as manifest input and submission checking.
• Proficient in computer operation and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Receive and process booking requests from customers.
• Check schedules and arrange bookings with shipping lines and/or co-loaders.
• Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and customers regarding export-import activities, including space availability on shipping lines/airlines.
• Review shipping documents and prepare documents such as SI, BL, AWB, manifest, NOA, and covering letters.
• Monitor vessel departures and arrivals.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to customers.
