Job summary

Fasdeli Group in Jakarta is seeking an Import Document Staff to support our import operations, handling documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires organization, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, including classifying items per BTKI and HS codes, marking Lartas status, and maintaining daily and monthly reports. Fresh graduates with internship exposure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in any major; majors in Transportation or Logistics are preferred.
• Min. 1 year working experience in the same field. Fresh graduate with intern experience in the related field is welcome to apply.
• Understanding of goods classification according to HS Code and BTKI standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel).
• Proficiency in MS Office and web browsing.
• Willingness to work outside standard office hours, including on public holidays and festive occasions.
• Prior work experience in import operations or freight forwarding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to work outside regular office hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify items on the stuffing list in accordance with the BTKI.
• Identify and classify the HS Code for each item in accordance with the BTKI 2022.
• Mark the Lartas (Border/Post-Border) status and apply color coding as per regulations.
• Ensure classification and marking results are submitted before the deadline (SLA).
• Complete and submit daily reports according to the established format and schedule.
• Record job volumes, processing times, and work completion status.
• Compile data and prepare monthly KPI reports to serve as a basis for performance evaluation.
