Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support logistics and import activities. The role focuses on reviewing PIBs, coordinating with PPJK and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely, compliant customs clearance.

The candidate should have hands-on freight forwarding experience and solid knowledge of Indonesian import-export regulations. The position involves close collaboration with warehouses, internal teams, and external providers to maintain smooth supply chain operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, import-export, or customs.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian import-export regulations and PIB/documents.

Responsibilities

Review and verify import documentation, including PIB and supporting customs docs.
Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities for clearance.
Monitor import/export shipments ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.
Liaise with warehouses for goods receiving, inventory, and deliveries.
Ensure all import/export docs are complete, accurate, and compliant.
Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues in logistics.
Communicate with internal teams and external service providers to support activities.
Maintain records and reports related to import, export, and customs operations.
