Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager in Cikarang to deliver line objectives by empowering teams and ensuring on-time production aligned with safety, quality, cost, and environmental needs.

You will lead safety culture, enforce hygiene and safety procedures, guarantee finished goods meet standards, and maintain NGMP compliance while coordinating with production, maintenance and union representatives to drive manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years in a food industry role with people management experience.
• Ability to ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure a Safe Working Environment.
• Ensure semi-finished and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Maintain NGMP-compliant working areas and installations.
• Manage production through operational reviews and standard routines.
• Organize and delegate tasks; evaluate team performance.
• Maintain dialogue with line shift teams, Production Manager and stakeholders.
