Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above.
• ISO certification and auditing experience.
• Proficiency in advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategic actions to improve Quality across the value chain.
• Establish process performance indicators and ensure internal controls.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma deployment, Kaizen events and root-cause analysis.
• Manage high-profile NCRs and customer interventions to protect trust.
• Advocate for Customer Voice within local Quality strategy and CI function.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
