Job summary

Confidential, based in Jakarta, is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive corporate innovation and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional CI programs, coach teams, and implement Lean, Kaizen, and TQM practices to raise productivity and quality across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in CI/quality management and demonstrated success in culture transformation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, Innovation Management, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across all business functions.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities using PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, and Quality Improvement methodologies.
• Establish and manage company-wide innovation programs, conventions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive business process improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Design and deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate improvement project performance and ensure sustainability of implemented initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
• Support organizational culture transformation programs and employee capability development.
• Benchmark best practices and introduce innovative approaches to improve business performance.

Experience preferred:

• Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Proven track record in organizational development and culture transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience as trainer, assessor, or judge in innovation and improvement programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, plantation, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
