Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Admin—Invoice Scanning to support receiving operations. You will scan invoices and supporting documents, register and archive them, and ensure timely processing in line with company policies.

You will index documents, support audits, and collaborate with the Invoice Processing Team and stakeholders to maintain accuracy and compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 3.00 GPA are preferred; location

Invoice Receiving Operations

• Perform efficient invoice and supporting documents scanning
• Provide receipt and register complete invoice documents
• Perform document indexing for scanning
• Perform archive management leveraging available system to support audit process purpose
• Ensure standard timing from invoice receiving up to scanning
• Identify type of transaction and handover invoice documents to Invoice Processing Team on agreed schedule
• Service Management and Continuous Improvement: Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service, Maintain good relationship with external and internal stakeholders
• Audit and Compliance: Support auditors and legal authorities by providing necessary information as needed Execute work in accordance to policies, processes, and business practices comply with and are maintained in accordance to relevant legal and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements
