Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Experience as Purchasing Staff in logistics is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Educational background: SMA/K, Diploma, Bachelor or Master in any major.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and payment requests, check supporting documents, and monitor payment completion without handling financial transactions.
• Verify bills/invoices, maintain deposit records, monitor outstanding items, and follow up with relevant parties.
• Gather, verify, and organize information and documents from agents/applicants for management review.
• Reporting & Project Administration follow-ups across Finance, Purchasing, Operations, and other stakeholders
