Bosch is offering a full-time paid internship from January to June 2027 in Jakarta/Cikarang, Indonesia. The program welcomes college students who are currently pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and can communicate in English. The role is hybrid, with office presence required in Jakarta and Cikarang.

Qualifications

Must be currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
Hybrid working location with offices in Jakarta and Cikarang.

Responsabilités

Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Support development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team.
Conduct research and gather data to support initiatives.
Prepare project documentation and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
Participate in problem-solving to enhance project outcomes.
