• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Support development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the team.
• Conduct research and gather data to support initiatives.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Participate in problem-solving to enhance project outcomes.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Able to communicate both written & verbal in English
• Okay with Hybrid working location; Jakarta & Cikarang office
