Job summary

D-EDGE is seeking an Implementation & Technical Support Specialist in Jakarta to drive end-to-end activation of the D-EDGE Suite and provide high-level technical resolutions for clients. You will be the main technical advocate in the customer journey, supporting onboarding and ongoing troubleshooting.

Join a multinational team, collaborate with Sales and Account Managers, and contribute to customer success through proactive case management and training sessions. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

System Investigation: read logs, use reporting tools to reproduce bugs in a test environment.
Data Gathering: analyze problems to obtain essential information (timestamps, screenshots).
Technical Knowledge: rapid mastery of D-EDGE solutions and industry updates (PMS, IDS, GDS).
Problem-Solving: strong analytical skills to identify root causes of issues.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end activation for all D-EDGE products with strict SLAs.
Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers to configure client ecosystems.
Set up products included in contracts for clients.
Define implementation timelines and record statuses in Salesforce.
Log tickets in Salesforce to assist Level1 resolution.
Design and lead bespoke training sessions for customers.
Monitor product evolutions and industry trends.
