Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Implementation, Technical Support or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Experience in hospitality technology ecosystem (Hotels, PMS, GDS, IDS, OTAs) preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activation for D-EDGE products, ensuring on-time delivery and SLA adherence.
• Handle complex implementations with multiple products and configurations.
• Lead customer trainings, online and on-site, and mentor junior team members.
• Investigate, reproduce and resolve complex technical issues, coordinating with R&D and partners.
