Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering experience in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with utility companies, EPC contractors, or large industrial customers.
• Knowledge of transformers, high-voltage equipment, substations, switchgear, or distribution systems.
• Experience managing tenders and long-term customer relationships.
• English proficiency required.
• Willing to train in Cikarang before Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare commercial proposals.
• Monitor project pipelines, tenders, procurement activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams.
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and industry networking to grow market presence.
