Job summary

PT Natura Pesona Mandiri is seeking 2 dedicated HR Staff members for a mobile position to support HR activities across our operational locations in Bali and beyond. The role requires handling employee records, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll support, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Staff or in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support attendance tracking and HR reporting.

Requirements
