Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is expanding its People team and seeks a proactive recruiter to help source, screen, and hire across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. You’ll learn startup recruitment operations, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to employer branding, manage candidate databases, and coordinate interview schedules while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives such as career events or social media content.
• Provide regular hiring progress updates to the People team.

About The Role

You’ll play a key role in helping us find, assess, and hire the next generation of great talent for Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. As part of the People team, you’ll learn how fast-scaling companies recruit — from candidate sourcing to final interviews — and gain firsthand experience in startup hiring operations.
