Job summary

HOYA Vision Care in Jakarta West is seeking a driven HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle, recruitment, and compliance. This full-time, on-site role is located in Tomang, Jakarta Barat.

You will work across both manufacturing and commercial functions in a multinational setting, contributing to employee engagement, HR digitalisation, and data integrity while upholding confidentiality and labour law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Payroll Administration, or Employee Services
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance requirements
• Experience in payroll administration, attendance management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• High attention to detail, strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience supporting both commercial and manufacturing environments will be an advantage
