Job summary

HOYA Vision Care Indonesia is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee services from Tomang, Jakarta Barat. This on-site, full-time role offers exposure to both commercial and manufacturing environments.

You will manage HR data, recruitment coordination, and engagement initiatives, ensuring accurate records and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, business admin, law or related fields.
• 1–3 years in HR, preferably HR operations, payroll or employee services.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
• Manage employee data and HRIS records.
• Support monthly payroll preparation and HR administration activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in employee engagement, learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data records.
