Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HRM, business admin, law or related fields.

We are looking for a highly driven and passionate HR professional to join HOYA Lens Indonesia.

Role Description

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee services, including payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, HR compliance, employee engagement activities, and HR data administration, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tomang, Jakarta Barat.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Payroll Administration, or Employee Services.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience in payroll administration, attendance management, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting both commercial and manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
