• Having minimum 7 years of experience in HR field.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand strategic objectives and HR needs of the directorate.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned with business goals and organizational effectiveness.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
• Provide and support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive end-to-end Learning & Development collaboration with Paragon University.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and develop insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and morale.
• Manage organizational effectiveness by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and providing support.
