Job summary

Brunch Club Bali is seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to join our team in Bali. The candidate will handle HR reporting, database maintenance, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor law and BPJS administration.

The role requires 2+ years in HR, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. English fluency is an advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and BPJS administration.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT, PAYROLL, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) FLUENT IN ENGLISH, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, IS AN ADVANTAGE
