Job summary

Astro Holdings Berhad in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Manager to lead end-to-end daily hub activities, including inbound, inventory, outbound and order fulfillment. You will drive delivery reliability and KPI achievement while supervising Team Leaders and planning shifts.

Role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managerial or supervisory roles in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with process optimization focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in shifts and on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Willing to be assigned or rotated across Greater Jakarta hubs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end daily hub operations: inbound, inventory, outbound, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure delivery SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and service quality are met.
• Supervise and develop Team Leaders; plan manpower and shifts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via stock checks and cycle counts.
• Ensure quality control of fresh and perishable products.
• Analyze performance, drive continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Prepare operational reports on performance, costs, and safety.
