Job summary

Astro Indonesia is seeking a Dry Outbound Senior Supervisor to oversee end-to-end outbound operations, coordinating a large ground team to ensure accurate fulfillment, on-time dispatch, and productivity while balancing execution with data-driven decision making.

You will plan daily manpower, lead a 50+ member crew, monitor KPIs, collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory, Fleet, and Hub teams, and uphold SOPs and 5S standards, delivering hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/fulfillment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisor role.
• Experience in fresh product, retail, or e-commerce preferred.
• End-to-end outbound and fulfillment process knowledge across picking, packing, loading, dispatch.
• Experience managing 50+ people in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving; hands-on, fast-paced.
• Strong data and analytical skills; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel formulas and reporting.
• Willing to work 24/7 operations, weekends/public holidays; extended hours when needed.
• Minimum High School Diploma; preference for e-commerce fulfillment; location Cibitung.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end outbound ops from picking to hub receiving.
• Plan daily manpower and ensure targets are met.
• Lead 50+ person team; manage attendance, productivity, churn.
• Monitor KPIs: Fulfillment Rate, On-Time Dispatch, Productivity, churn.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory, Fleet, and Hub teams.
• Ensure SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
• Analyze data to identify issues and drive productivity improvements.
• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to the ground team.
