Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced HSE Trainer in Jakarta to develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs. You will monitor participant progress, provide mentoring, and update training materials to reflect current industry standards.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in HSE for oil&gas/mining, and certificates Ahli K3 Umum and ToT BNSP, with strong English communication and training facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or a related HSE field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HSE operations for oil & gas, petrochemical or mining industries or Training & Development.
• Having Ahli K3 Umum and ToT BNSP certificates.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Ability to evaluate and improve training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs.
• Monitor and assess skill development in participants.
• Provide instructions and mentoring to participants.
• Develop learning materials and resources.
• Assess individuals' needs and plan action to reach goals.
• Ensure training materials are up to date and relevant.
• Develop and implement new training initiatives.
• Conduct training evaluations.
